We have the right to terminate any account that we deem risky or suspicious, without warning and without providing any evidence, without refund.
Our reasons for making this decision may be one of the following. or another reason not listed here:
- We suspect that our products are being resold without having reseller membership
- The number of products you have downloaded, the inconsistency between the products you have downloaded, downloading habits that are very different from the majority of our users. ( except reseller member )
- Unfriendly, intentional harming behavior towards our store
After the account is terminated, you will not be able to access any product or service you purchased again.
Please note that if you make a purchase, your account may be terminated without any proof required and no refund will be made.
Account creation
When you create an account and accept these terms you become a member of our community. During your time with us, you agree to follow the ground rules outlined in these terms so please read and understand them carefully.
Account deletion
Any dormant account and being over three months old will be deleted (no active sale) from our system. All transaction data will be kept for accounting purposes.
Subscription
When you become a Subscriber or Member, you get to access our directory of items that must be used in accordance with the GPL license. Only real people, using their real details, can subscribe to yougpl.com
Your responsibility
You promise that the information you give us is true, accurate and complete and that you will keep your account information up-to-date (including a current email address). Your subscription is not transferable. You are responsible for any use of yougpl.com that occurs in conjunction with your username and password, so keep your password secure and don’t let any other person use your username or password. If you realize there’s any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security you need to let us know immediately.
Product support
The nature of WordPress plugins and themes means that items are provided “as is”, with no implied warranty that they will function exactly as you wish or with all third-party components and plugins. We are unable to provide technical support for the downloads. Third-party products provided are supported by their authors and not by yougpl.com. Please review the support terms provided by the author of a product before purchasing it from us. Our support is limited to installing, activation, billing and/or technical inquiries regarding the yougpl.com website only.
