Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it. As such refunds cannot be provided unless we have made changes to these terms that materially affect you to your detriment.

Refund requests will not be entertained by any means if any product has already been downloaded.

1 and 3 month membership plans do not have access to “protected files”. If you still buy one of these plans, it means you accept it.
